Hay Bales

Painted plein air at the U of A farm near my house. The farm is one of my favourite cycling routes. In the spring there are frogs, in the summer there is grain and ducks and sheep. In the fall there are hay bales and the community gardens are full of vegetables and late flowers.

I think this was one of the best paintings I did last year.
